Lucy, me and my sister always remember you at Jolly Travel. Growing up in Ridgewood my parents would often come to "Biancavilla" to get their taxes done and make travel plans to Italy. I remember as a kid always admiring you. Behind a big desk and being such a professional. My heart sank on 9/11 for all who were lost, when I saw your picture on TV it really just brought it home.
