Dave, I think of you often. I know you are in a better place, still laughing. Do you still eat an apple a day up there?

On this, the 3rd anniversary of the greatest U.S. tragedy ever, I am remembering my cousin, David, and thinking about his family and the great loss they have suffered. If I am still in shock and disbelief, how must they be feeling? My heart reaches out to them as they remember that fateful day which changed their lives forever. David lives on in the minds of those who knew and loved him.

I had the true pleasure of working with Dave Grimner for a number of years when he was in the MMC Tax Department in midtown.
Dave was a true gentleman, funny, and genuinely liked by all of the people he came in contact with at Marsh & McLennan. He was a special friend of the Corporate Benefits Department with which I was involved before I elected to retire -- we were always glad to see Dave.
Dave will be sorely missed.
