Glenn Neblett
Family Tribute:

Age: 43

Tribute: Fly, Free Spirit
by R.M. Richards

An ever brightening star, glowing in honesty and truth.
A journey into manhood is abruptly undone, and we now, gather to pay tribute to our favorite son.
Having lived and loved so strongly, even adored for all its worth.
Now at the hour of his sweet life’s journey, we bear the burden of grief and hurt.
Promises of tomorrows, gone, yesterday’s memories live on and on to conquer the illusion of death.
For the times we shared, we played and cared,we bonded with an intensity, we can never forget.
The friendship we knew, when together we grew, without question, was the key to our selfless sibling rivalry.
In your daily impressions, your curious expressions for knowledge of the great mystery.
That glowing charm, the compassion and warmth of a sweet gentle soul, oh yes, I must admit, broken hearted I walk the line with you full of life, full of love, full of dreams, that blend with mine.
I struggle with denial, in mental sackcloth and ashes and torture my restless psyche, with these rites of passage.
So fly now free spirit.
Let the rushing wind of your wings dry these scorching tears and soothe this terrible ache born of unfounded fears.
Open windows of my refuge, let light infuse me and its walls will echo my joyous laughter.
Fill my eyes with fire and my heart with the joy that witnessed you from Alpha to Omega.
As I envision you, reborn majestic, from the seed of that gentle soul, a beauty, no space, nor time, nor boundaries hold.
Now you, free of inhibiting form, the embodiment of love, fly, fly free spirit to worlds we mortals ne’er can dream of.

I worked at Guy Carpenter when Glenn first came to the company, probably in 1986 or 1987. What a wonderful young man, quiet but friendly, learning the cash receipts end of treaty accounting. He was so good natured, you couldn't pull a practical joke on him, in good conscience.I am so sorry for his loss, and to his family and friends please accept my sincerest sorrow. God bless you, buddy, you're up there watching over all of us now.

We shall never forget you, your smile, your voice and your laugh. We shall keep this day as a sacred remembrance of you and what we lost in a moment.

We carry on but we never leave you behind. Thank you for helping us daily to carry the tears and the sadness in our hearts but still to move forward with strength and determination. God Bless You and your family today and always. Patricia & Charles Barraza
